The whole process was very professional and courteous. We started with a 1st Phone interview with a recruiter, which was about 45 min. The recruiter was very knowledgeable, warm, and motivating about the opportunity. I was determined that I wanted to work with FRC and that I had a reasonable shot after our conversation. Then, there was a 2nd In person interview with the AD, which lasted about 1 hour. Next, I did a Stag follow shift in one of the restaurants during service. Finally, there was a Review with a GM and AD post follow shift. After all that, I was offered the position.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a quick phone call with HR (10-20 min), then they scheduled me to meet the regional manager. That was a standard in-person interview, and then they called me back. A few days later, they set up a meeting with the GM. That interview was pretty intense, and the GM talked about the company's mission and goals. After that, they scheduled me for a shadowing stage. I shadowed for a couple of hours, and then sat down with the GM to discuss how it went. They gave me a verbal offer then, and I got the written offer about a week later.

Behavioral Other

I had two interviews in total. One interview was with the General Manager and the other was with the Regional Manager. They were quite thorough in my interview, but what I really liked was that they gave me some great advice that I can use anywhere in this industry to improve myself as a person and as a manager. They were also genuinely interested in my hobbies and character.
