The recruiter called me, but they were late and said they already offered the job to someone who accepted. They also asked stuff that wasn't about the job I applied for.

The interview started with a quick chat with a recruiter on the phone. It was mostly about my background and if I could handle a fast-paced job, juggling tasks, and working when things get hectic. They also checked my availability, particularly for early starts and long days. Next, I talked to some of the production team. This part was more about how I'd deal with actual production situations, like crazy deadlines, sudden changes, managing people, sorting out logistics, and keeping things in order on the set. They really wanted to hear about times I've worked under pressure.

The whole thing took like 2 months. I'd worked there before, so I just sent my resume to HR. About two weeks later, I got a phone interview. Then, two weeks after that, I flew out to New York for another interview in person. While I was there, I interviewed with three different shows for the gig. The interviews were harder depending on how tough the show was. In between all that, I did some tests on current events and writing.
