I had one interview, it was a really straightforward process. We just talked about my resume and previous positions, and also how my role would be next to the main role. I also talked about the projects I had on my resume.

I applied online for the college program in DC and New York in October. I had an on campus interview with a younger man because the woman in charge needed help. The interview was easy, and we talked about my Media Literacy class. He said that since I was a freshman, I might be an alternate because they rarely take freshmen, but he liked me and told me to apply again if I didn't get it. He said I would hear back in a couple weeks or by April. In December, I was contacted for a phone interview with the woman in charge. She called earlier than expected and asked if I was still interested in Fox and which location I preferred. She said I would get a yes or no by the end of January. On December 29th, she emailed me paperwork to fill out to become an employee. I didn't hear anything for a couple of months, even when I reached out. At the end of March, I was emailed that I didn't get it. I will apply next year.

The interview process started with an online interview and was followed by a phone interview. The online part required answering questions and recording responses within a specific time limit, about 1.5 to 2 minutes per answer. It can feel a bit strange and awkward at first, but the questions aren't too tough if you've already interviewed with a media company before.
