Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fox Factory.
NPI Buyer
The interview process has three stages. First, you'll chat with HR. Then, you'll meet with the team leader. Finally, you'll talk with the purchase manager. They're interested in your past experiences and how they relate to the company's needs.
- Tell me about a time you faced challenges when bringing on new suppliers and how you handled it.
Buyer
The process was pretty painless. Recruiter was easy going. However, it was a LONG wait. I didn't heard back for an interview for almost 2 months after applying for a role they were actively seeking a candidate for. Recruiter also talked down the company a good bit. The intention was to make sure I was prepared for what I would be getting myself into.
- Can you tell me how you manage supply chain disruptions?
Demand Planner
The interviews were well-organized and on time, with intelligent questions that directly related to the Demand Planner role. The HR team was responsive to questions and seemed keen on advancing candidates they saw as strong contenders.
- Given Problem "X", how would you approach solving it and what is your reasoning?
