Fox Factory Interview Questions
& Process

The interview process was good overall, although I never got any feedback. I had three interviews with different managers at the company. The interviews themselves went well, but I didn't hear back about whether I was moving forward or if I had been rejected.

I interviewed for a Project Manager position at Fox Factory and had a good experience overall. The process was organized and I enjoyed learning about the role and the company. My interviews with HR, the Director, and the Hiring Manager all went well. They were knowledgeable and gave me good insights into the job and company culture. I was really impressed with their products. The only downside was the slow follow-up; after getting positive feedback from each interview, I didn't hear anything for weeks, which made it feel uncertain and drawn out.

I had two interview rounds. They wanted to check if I had the experience needed to help their company. They made sure I knew some of their software and tech and had worked with it. That was pretty much it, and the process made sense and wasn't too long or off-topic.

A management team member reached out on LinkedIn, and after some email exchanges, we had an initial call. This preliminary call was to check if I had the necessary skills and experience for another call with the hiring manager. I got through to the second call, which was a Teams Video call. I felt the manager was great and that the company truly values work/life balance. The only reason it didn't work out was due to relocation requirements. They prefer employees not to have long commutes and seem to genuinely care about their staff, offering flexibility. I'd recommend relocation if you're willing to travel for family visits, which in hindsight, I wish I had done.
