I applied online and didn't hear back for ages. Then, in mid-June, I got an email to set up an interview, which we scheduled for later that week. It was a quick 20-minute Zoom chat with my future manager. She asked pretty standard questions about my interests and experience. By the end of the week, HR called to offer me the position. It was a really short and different process compared to other internships I've interviewed for.

I went through Fox’s hiring process, and it was pretty standard. They extended an offer, which was great. But then, a week before I was supposed to start, they rescinded the offer. It's been tough. I'd suggest that if you get an offer from Fox, have backup plans so you don't end up in a bind like me. Or maybe just don't bother interviewing there.

So I got contacted by an agency, then had a quick screening call about my general fit. After that, there were 5 rounds in total. The first four were in-person on the same day, covering problem-solving, domain knowledge, and system design (both HLD and LLD). The fourth one was kind of spur-of-the-moment and just for me, with the hiring manager discussing team management and soft skills. The final round was a week later, remote, with the VP, just a get-to-know-you chat about my experience and projects. After all that, they went silent. I emailed a bunch, and HR finally got back saying they chose other candidates. I feel like they should've given feedback, especially since I made it to the last round and interviewers said I did well.
