Housekeeping
My interview at Four Seasons Healthcare was a good one. The person interviewing me was nice and professional. They asked good questions about my past work and what I can do. We talked about what the housekeeping job involves, what's expected at work, and how I can help keep the place clean and comfy for the people living there. I also got to say how committed I am to giving great service. It felt welcoming, and I felt good about the job after.

Housekeeping
It was like 2 angels came and sat in front of me, for me it was like answered prayers the interview was such a pleasant experience. They made me feel so comfortable throughout, ( everywhere I was interviewed I failed due to my nervousness). If I had doubt in understanding the question they would break it down and explain to me. Am very thankful to the 2 ladies who interviewed me.

Registered General Nurse
My interview experience with the management at Norwood Green, Southall was really good. They were professional and seemed genuinely interested in creating a supportive place to work. We talked about the care home's mission, values, and how they approach care. It felt like they really care about giving good care to residents and the team, and making a welcoming environment. Their energy made me more excited about potentially joining them. I left feeling inspired and positive about Norwood Green as a workplace.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations and personal development plans?
