None of the interviews were super tough, but it was challenging to gauge the interviewers' reactions. They were really professional, and it was hard to tell if they liked my answers, which definitely threw me off a bit. I ended up getting the job, but I honestly wasn't sure during the process! My advice is to be upfront about what you're looking for and what you're not; that way, you'll either be a good fit or figure out it's not the right role. Both outcomes are better than just saying what you think they want to hear, which, frankly, I think they'd probably figure out anyway.

The initial interview was quite brief and straightforward, serving mainly as a get-to-know-you session. They mentioned they were interviewing many candidates at the time, but assured me the following interviews would be more in-depth. They were indeed longer, and I spoke with several people at the company. This gave me a solid understanding of the job's demands, potential challenges, and opportunities for career growth.

After I applied online, a recruiter got in touch with me really fast. I needed to wear business professional attire and bring a printed copy of my resume. The office had a really cool vibe and seemed like a great place to work. During the interviews, I learned more about the company's ambitious growth plans and the reasons behind their hiring. They asked me how I saw myself fitting into their plans, and I felt it was a really good match.
