Technical Support
Lots of applicants. The process is online and uses a system at first. But once you move to the main breakout room, it's the start of your endless waiting. If you're a girl and the host is a man, you're very lucky. There's no system for picking and arranging who gets interviewed. If 10 people are in the room, an interview takes at least 30 minutes, then good luck. Better find another company because the interviewer has no respect for people's time. Waiting time is much longer than the interview. It took us 4 hours to wait for them, mostly guys. So what more if you get hired, maybe far worse than if they don't respect you. My advice is to look for other companies that will respect you and your time. You can't get back wasted time, but you can find a much better company.
- Can you tell us about yourself and how you get to work?
- Can you describe some situational scenarios relevant to this role?
Technical Support
It began with a pre-screening. Then there was an initial interview where they asked about my availability and expected salary, checking if I was okay with the offered salary. They also asked about my mode of transportation to the site. After that, I had to complete a technical and email assessment for the account I chose. Finally, I had the final interview, which included some behavioral and situational questions.
- How would you handle assisting a frustrated customer.
Technical Support
The interview process for this technical support intern role at Sitel wasn't too difficult. The interviewer was really nice and asked about my knowledge on different topics. They also explained what to expect as an intern and assured me that I'd learn a lot about support during the internship.
- Are you open to working different shifts or whatever is available?
