I'm posting this so people know what to expect. I finished all the pre-interview stuff. I was supposed to have a phone interview twice, but no one showed up. The first time, I got an email saying the interviewer had internet problems right before the interview was supposed to end, so I rescheduled. For the rescheduled interview, an hour before, I got an email to do an internet speed test, which I did and sent back right away. It's now an hour past the scheduled interview time, and I haven't heard anything about why the interviewer didn't show up. I really think my skills would be a good fit, but if this is how my time is treated, I'll look somewhere else. Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to give job seekers a heads-up.

Lots of applicants. The process is online and uses a system at first. But once you move to the main breakout room, it's the start of your endless waiting. If you're a girl and the host is a man, you're very lucky. There's no system for picking and arranging who gets interviewed. If 10 people are in the room, an interview takes at least 30 minutes, then good luck. Better find another company because the interviewer has no respect for people's time. Waiting time is much longer than the interview. It took us 4 hours to wait for them, mostly guys. So what more if you get hired, maybe far worse than if they don't respect you. My advice is to look for other companies that will respect you and your time. You can't get back wasted time, but you can find a much better company.

First, there was a phone call interview, which happened about 1-5 days after I applied. Then, I got a video assessment through email that I had to finish within 48 hours. After that, there was a knowledge assessment also sent via email. Finally, I had a Zoom or in-person interview with a supervisor from the production floor, and it lasted around 15-30 minutes.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Mostly, they wanted to check my English skills and see how committed I am. They asked a lot of questions about different situations, like what I would do to fix a problem and how I'd talk to the customer.

The hiring process was quick and efficient, involving several interviews and medical exams. You can apply online for their openings. Their office is conveniently located near public transport. They handle all sorts of campaigns, and the atmosphere is youthful. It's a great opportunity for young people and good experience as a first job.
