Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fossil Group.
Senior Analyst
It was an average interview, and the whole experience wasn't that great. The first round was a multiple-choice reasoning test, which was fine. The second round was supposed to be technical, but it was really bad. They asked all sorts of random things instead of actual technical questions.
- General reasoning questions were asked.
Licensing Analyst
Got an initial email for a phone screen that was pretty quick and had simple questions about my resume. Then I got an in-person interview fairly quickly and met with 5 different people on the Licensing team. They all asked the same questions about transferable skills, knowledge of royalties and license agreements, and a lot about Excel and SAP. The questions weren't difficult, just prepare by reviewing the job description and coming up with prepared answers for strengths, weaknesses, skills, etc. basics.
- What is your greatest accomplishment?
- Can you share an instance where you improved a process for efficiency?
- Could you provide examples of your experience with Excel and SAP?
Senior Analyst
It was a 3-round interview process. The first round was to check if my profile fit the requirements. The second round was with higher management to assess my domain knowledge. The last round was with HR to discuss salary.
- Could you answer some accounting questions?
- What are your salary expectations?
