It was a really long and drawn-out interview process, and honestly, I wasn't even sure what the job description was by the end. I also had to meet with a bunch of different executives from various teams, even though it wasn't clear how this role would even work with what they do.

Started with a recruiter screen, then had a bunch of conversations with team members. Had more chats after that, but didn't get selected to move forward. They communicated next steps (or lack thereof) well, but I'm not sure if the role was real. The company seemed a bit odd, and I don't really buy the CEO's story about healthcare. I think it'll be an issue as they grow.

My impression is that they were meeting with candidates without any intention to hire to spread the word about their company. Was invited for an intro call, interviewer came late saying she had been interviewing all day (also interview signup sheet had mostly missing time slots so assume mass outreach without much screening). Call was her asking generic questions like walk me through your resume, where do you see yourself in 10 years, and then talking about forward's mission. Was rejected, no feedback
