Case Group Presentation

9 rounds total, and the final round is with the CEO. The whole process felt long, inefficient, and really frustrating. It seems like if the CEO has to interview every candidate, the company can't grow and it shows a lack of trust in the employees.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So first there was a recruiter phone screen. Then I had three zoom meetings in a row, back to back. They asked normal fit, background, and interest questions. My application seemed to get ghosted after that, no response to my thank you notes or anything. Oh, and they didn't tell me beforehand that one of the meetings would be a case study.

Behavioral Case Technical

Recruiter and scheduling was super easy to deal with. First, I had a 30-min screening call with the recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a case interview with two people, one from marketing and one from ops. The case interview with the marketing person was a terrible experience. She asked me a case question and then zoned out while I was trying to work through it with her. She had very little data literacy and judged my case answers harshly, not really interested in my assumptions or how I'd solve the problem, just focused on her own view. The ops person was great, though. He was genuinely interested in my career history. In the end, they said they weren't moving forward without giving any feedback. Their company goals seem to be their main focus, but they didn't have much data to back up their claims of doing good work when I asked.
