Rigorous interview. A couple of intro calls, one was a case study interview with financial and situational questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

It was a long process. There were two virtual interviews before the on-site, which was a 4-hour marathon of six interviews back-to-back with no break for lunch. The interviews felt repetitive, except for the jam session, which was meant to assess problem-solving skills and how well you handle tough questions and think on your feet. The office and clinic were quiet, empty, and gave off strong Theranos vibes. The team culture felt like a cult – lifeless, with everyone talking about Forward's mission but sounding robotic and jaded. The team also seems overworked and understaffed, with always more to do. Shout out to HR for keeping things organized and the clinic staff who were kind and the most genuine part of the experience.

Case Behavioral

The interviews themselves are quite standard, but the process is lengthy. Expect a screening call, about 4 one-on-one team interviews, then a full day onsite, which includes several case studies and back-to-back 30 minute to 1 hour interviews. This day did not include a lunch break, which was off putting, and several of the interviews actually took place outside, walking around the city. In fact, there was no break at all during the 6 hour onsite. I found the people at Forward intelligent, insightful, and passionate. The experience of meeting them all was wonderful. That said, their offer was shockingly low. Purposefully not providing realistic salary ranges during the interview process is disrespectful of a candidate's time.
