The interview process with Forward Financing was a really great experience. It felt like they genuinely wanted to know me before talking about the company, which I appreciated because it showed me they value their company culture and the people in it. The process was pretty quick from start to finish. It started with a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews with team leaders and also the CEO and Co-Founder. All in all, I got interviewed and hired within about a week.
