It started with a 30-minute phone interview focusing on your background, your understanding of Mazars, and the I&E team. They asked about your university studies and your knowledge of the infrastructure and energy industries. If you passed that, you'd have an in-person interview with a manager that included two tests: one with multiple questions and another using Excel. If you advanced again, there would be an in-person interview with a director or partner, involving preparing a business case using Excel and PowerPoint.

So there were three rounds in total. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had interviews with two Partners, and finally, I met with three more Partners. It was a good experience overall. They asked a mix of personal, behavioral, and technical questions. We also had a discussion about whether margin is more important than audit quality.
