Two conversations took place. The first was a 20-minute phone call with HR. The second was a 1-hour meeting with a partner and a manager. All interviewers were very friendly and open, which made the atmosphere very pleasant right away.

Met with a partner and manager, it was relatively relaxed. Introduction round, discussed the team, then personal fit. Afterwards, about 20 questions: basics of accounting, booking entries, calculating IRR, depreciation, and general audit knowledge. It wasn't a big deal if you got 1-2 wrong.
