Behavioral Technical Group

It was an online interview, with really standard questions about teamwork, leadership, solving a complex problem, and working with data. They also asked questions at the end. I was shortlisted for an assessment centre, but haven't heard back yet. I might not hear back since they hire on a first come, first serve basis.

  • What are your motivations for seeking employment at FM?

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview was on Teams and had two parts. The first interview was with a senior. It included HR questions and questions about my CV and past work. Since I'd worked in audit before at Mazars, I got a basic audit case study on fixed assets at the end. For those without audit experience, it's usually a market sizing case. The second interview with a manager went well, but she tried to throw me off, asking things like "But you're contradicting yourself, aren't you?". It's important to stay calm and consistent. Other than that, it was a standard interview with a few easy accounting/audit questions, plus some about my studies and career.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • Why Mazars? Why you?
  • Tell me about yourself and your background.
  • Can you elaborate on your CV and professional experiences?
