It was like a speed dating event but for a corporate setting, with everyone in one room at different tables. The vibe was pretty chill. At each table, there were two interviewers who asked a bunch of questions in a conversational way.

Technical Case Behavioral Presentation

First step: online skills, logic, and English tests. Second step: 2 interviews back-to-back, very technical, situational exercises, and a small case study. Third step: a final interview focusing on motivation, your vision for the role, assessing your fit with the firm, and some technical questions. The technical questions can be very advanced, even difficult, so you need to prepare well. The stages and timelines between each stage are detailed on the website and in the job posting; they try to stick to them. The interviewers are nice.

Case Behavioral

The interview process included two interviews and two case studies with a Senior Consultant Manager. The candidate experience was terrible; the HR person in charge of my file never gave me any news about the interviews. It must be nice, the employee consideration at Mazars. Between what they promote and what they do there, the gap is incredible. Run away!
