I was called for an interview more than 4 times, they were totally disorganized and lost, and the interviewers were totally unprepared. In the first interview, I passed all online processes until the interview, and then they said the position was filled. In less than a month, they called me again, and this time I passed all the online processes again. When I got to the final interview, the employees were totally clueless, asked nonsensical questions, and it seemed like they were just there to waste time – and in the end, I didn't pass. On the third interview I was called again, when they turned on the camera to interview me, they were even surprised to see me, and obviously, it didn't last even 5 minutes, because I'm not the company's profile (color). In the fourth one, the system simply passed me in all processes and scheduled the interview – I ignored it! A few months passed, and they gave me a lecture on why nobody wants to work there. A company with no respect at all!
