First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ForUsAll.
Sales Development Representative
So, like most interviews, this one started with me talking about my background. A lot of the questions were about what I learned from past experiences and how that applies to this job. They told me this was just the first phone screening, and there's a role-playing phone screen next, then a 3-hour onsite with some important people, and finally a meeting with the CEO. It's quite a long interview process.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced in school or a previous job.
- Can you describe a time when you experienced personal or professional growth?
Sales Development Representative
I applied online and got an email the next day that showed they were interested. They asked me to write 2-3 sentences about what is compelling about ForUsAll, and what prior experience on my resume (sales) would be applicable. I sent my response, and three days later got a condescending form email saying they decided to go with other candidates. Apparently, I didn't answer these basic open-ended questions correctly either. The contact at ForUsAll had little work experience in the real world, and it was apparent during our exchange. My advice to ForUsAll would be to hire people who have actually worked in the HR field, not a low-level employee with only three months of HR experience.
- What about ForUsAll's mission do you find compelling?
- Regarding your resume, what sales experience do you have that would be applicable at ForUsAll?
Sales Development Representative
Intimate interview process at ForUsAll. I was first introduced to ForUsAll through a recruiter. This was followed up by two phone interviews and seven formal and informal onsite interviews. The entire process took around 18 days and I received feedback along the way. As the interviews progressed they became more and more conversational. At each step you were given an opportunity to deep-dive into life, work, motivation and inspiration with different team members.
- Tell me about your motivation for wanting to join ForUsAll.
- Among your strengths, which one do you consider your least developed?
