The interview process was really straightforward. It involved about three interview rounds after an initial chat with the internal recruiter. One of these rounds was a technical assessment. The recruiter was helpful, providing useful company info that aided my decision-making. There was also a Q&A part that gave more insights about the company.

I applied online and after a few days, a recruiter called me. We had an initial phone screening, and then they reached out for the next round. I was swamped with work and had trouble finding a time, but they were super helpful in working around my schedule. After a few more interviews, I got an offer. Ultimately, I didn't accept because we couldn't agree on negotiation terms. I really liked the team and the role though, and everyone I talked to seemed genuine. The hiring manager gave me a good overview of the job and what it entails.

Started off smooth, recruiter reached out about a week after I applied. First up was a call with HR, super professional and nice, they explained the job and company. Then I spoke with the Hiring Manager about the role's day-to-day, project scenarios, and some technical stuff, they asked about my Professional Services consulting background. Next, I had a technical chat with a Principal Technical Consultant about PowerShell, SQL, and other IT topics – really approachable guy. Last interview was with a Department Director, we talked about company and department goals and what they expect from this role, nice chat.
