i had some really good first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. i was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. they acted as if they were super interested, and then i had to reach out multiple times, and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. i got completely ghosted and scammed.

The interview process started with a very casual phone interview. They seemed most interested in whether I had experience with sports or Greek life, basically looking for someone who's comfortable in a close team setting. The in-person interview was a bit of a letdown, mostly repeating the same things as the phone call. It was a bit concerning that neither recruiter could clearly explain what the company actually does. While I get that company culture is important, I wasn't asked any questions that allowed me to bring up my coursework or past job experiences. Maybe that comes later, but I decided not to continue with the process after that day.
