The interview process at Forter was quite thorough, lasting about five rounds. Everything was really smooth with clear instructions and fast feedback from the recruiters. The interviewers were professional and friendly, focusing more on how well I fit the role rather than asking generic questions. The last round was a bit tough, but manageable if you have the right experience. It was a pretty motivating process that showed off Forter's good culture.

It was a really long but good interview process. They asked a lot of personal questions, and they were all different. They said it was going to be 4 interviews, but in the end, there were 8. I had to agree to their timings with no other options.

I interviewed at Forter for the position in Toronto, Canada. Honestly my review is to save you guys some time and DONOT APPLY TO ANY ROLE IN CANADA. I spent weeks interviewing with them which included - 1. Recruiter round 2. Manager round 3. 2 rounds with team mates 30 minutes each 4. Round with senior leader 5. An assignment 6. A presentation with a panel for 60 minutes And then radio silence for days, I followed up no reply. I emailed again tagging the hiring manager and then the recruiter emailed me back lying that she had called me to inform me about the result. I got no call or email. The feedback she gave me was all over the place, First she mentioned they hired other candidate and then she said no they didn't and a bunch of other things. It was completely random and every statement was contradictory. One of my friends also interviewed for Forter and they did the same. They interviewed him ( he is in Canada) but never filled the role in Canada, rather filled the role in east coast USA. Advice to Forter Leadership 1. Hire better recruiters who value candidate's time 2. It's a two way street, you mistreat candidates, you loose incoming talent. 3. Don't have a job opening you have no intent of hiring.
