I had a take-home assignment that was split into two sections. The first part was a logic-based task about identifying a thief, which was pretty straightforward. The second part involved doing a data analysis in Google Sheets. I found the platform really uncomfortable to use, and honestly, there wasn't enough time to complete it properly.

I had a home exam first, then I was told I had two interviews. The first one was with two managers from the analytics team. They asked me about past projects I did in analytics and reviewed my home exam while asking me to explain some of my answers.

Technical Coding Case

I sent my resume through Linkedin and about a week later, I got a take-home test that took about 2.5 hours to complete. I submitted it on the last day, and after 3 days, the recruitment team called me to set up an interview for a week later. A couple of days after that, I got positive feedback and did a second interview a week after the first. Then, about 4-5 days later, I had an HR interview and got the offer. The recruitment team was really great and flexible, especially since I was in the middle of university finals; they were super supportive. The first interview actually ran over by about 30 minutes, but the interviewer was nice and asked if I was okay to continue.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The first part of the home assignment involved matching shopping carts to people.
  • The second part of the home assignment included Excel questions based on a dataset.
  • The third part of the home assignment consisted of some pretty basic SQL questions.
