This was a long interview process. First, there was a 30-minute phone call with HR. Then, I had several 30-minute interviews, either in person or over video, with people who might be on my team. They said there would be about 4 to 6 phone interviews to get to the next stage. After that, there was an assignment, which could be a presentation or a paper, depending on the specific job. The last step was a final interview with the hiring manager.
