The whole thing took about a month. First, there were two interviews, one was like a screening and the other was with the hiring manager. Then, I had three more interviews that were behavioral, with three different people. After that, I had to do an assignment.

I had four rounds during the process. Three interviews: with an RA, analyst and an RD. The final step was a case study. I had an hour to do it. Basically I had to find error in a graph and write a few paragraphs.

It was a really informative and friendly interview process. There were 4 rounds in total. The first couple of rounds were with HR and then with fellow associates, and it went up to the senior team. It ended with an assessment test. Everyone on the team was super helpful in answering my questions about the company, and HR was very clear about what they were looking for and how the interviews would go.
