I got the interview through a referral. First, I spoke with a recruiter who asked me some basic questions about why I wanted to get into recruiting and if I could handle rejection. After that, I was given an assignment to sum up the day-to-day life of a recruiter. I sent it in but didn't hear back for a few weeks, even though I was told the next round would be in a few weeks. I followed up a few times by phone and email with no response. Since my job search wasn't going well, I emailed again to explain my situation. He finally replied, but called me by the wrong name and asked who my recruiter was. I told him it was him, and then he ghosted me again.

The interview process isn't the problem it's the aftermath of when you get hired.. it's completely a bogus organization.. they scream that they want to be considered the happiest place to work at.. I think the corner store would be a better place. This organization is not caring at all it runs like a cult you have to worship the CEO Mitch Weiner and if you don't he treats you differently. He is completely unprofessional and always making derogatory comments and half of the time he is drunk. He picks pretty secretaries and skinny receptionist to work at corporate he is a joke.. I hope he loses at the end for all the suffering he has caused to his people. Plus he really doesn't have any money it's all a fake.

I got a link to do some tutorials and tests on Microsoft Office. After I did well on those, I had an interview with the recruiter where we talked about my past experience, my resume, and the type of work I was hoping to find. Then, someone pitched a job to me that was totally not what I had just told them I wanted. A few weeks later, I was offered a temp job that was more like what I expected, but the pay wasn't great. I ended up working that temp job for 3 months.
