Software Engineer
We started with a quick test, like 10 MCQs to finish in about 6-7 minutes, you needed 60% to pass, it was all about problem solving. Next up was an assignment, also focused on problem solving and some basic coding stuff. Then there was an interview, which was again testing problem solving skills.

There's multiple steps of interview . 1 st is basic theory quiz . 2 nd is programming logical question . 3 rd is Forum Group Discussion . 4 th is Interview user .

Programmer
It's a good question, because we're looking for a really qualified programmer. There are about 4-6 steps in the hiring process. You'll start with an online test, then a technical test, and then a couple of interviews, including one with a user. The company's products are exported, and they're used in the USA, Canada, and other countries. The interviewer you'll meet with also has a lot of experience.
