The interview started with a senior manager asking resume-based questions and a small puzzle. Then a project manager asked technical questions about design improvements. Finally, a junior engineer gave a tour of the office, discussing major products and the work environment. The whole process took about 3.5 hours.

The interview process had three stages: an initial interview, a more in-depth phone interview with the team, and then an in-person interview featuring a design discussion and more technical questions. Overall, I was impressed with how much effort clearly went into making the process meaningful and it seemed like they were genuinely interested in hearing about my experience. I also greatly appreciate the fact that no recruiters were involved in any of the process.
