My recruiter went silent after I emailed them with questions. The hiring manager was 15 minutes late for our technical phone screen, but they were friendly. They asked some basic resume questions. Overall, it felt positive, and they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. I got rejected the following week with no real explanation.
