Did a take home challenge, then had some follow-up interviews about the assignment. Each round I talked to the hiring manager and people from the same team about the task and other questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process at Formlabs was quite long, consisting of 5 stages which included a take-home test and an on-site interview. The experience with the CEO was uncomfortable due to his arrogance and disrespect, though other team members were professional and asked challenging technical questions regarding SLA printing. Despite Formlabs having popular products, the management and culture are perceived as toxic, with very low salaries offered in downtown Boston.

Behavioral Technical

It wasn't super technical but involved a lot of follow-up questions to test quick judgment. It had many rounds, which I found unusual because I only answered basic behavioral questions each time.
