Had an HR phone screen, they confirmed the next round details. Then there was radio silence for a week. When I followed up, they got annoyed and told me I wasn't moving forward. Terrible hiring process.

The interview process included a phone screen, then four onsite rounds. The first onsite was 4 hours, the second was a take-home exercise that took me over 8 hours, and the third was 3 hours with an added ad-hoc part. They wanted a fourth onsite for another position, plus another take-home exercise, but I declined. It seems like they constantly have openings at all levels because they want free labor from these 'excises'. Their PM team is also very homogeneous: all white males with the same mindset, about 3 years of engineering experience and 1 year of PM experience gained through their engineering roles.
