The interview process had 2 rounds. The first round was a basic get-to-know-you plus technical questions. The second round was a design challenge. The whole process took over a month but was overall enjoyable. It was a decent interviewing experience with fast responses. I did not take the offer because the timing did not align.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite simple and welcoming. We began with introductions and then transitioned into behavioral questions. These questions were designed to gauge my past experiences and behaviors to forecast how I'd perform in certain work scenarios. It involved questions based on situations that required detailed, real-world examples in my answers.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online in late December and a few days later got a scheduling form. The interviews weren't kept as planned and had to be rescheduled due to office issues. The phone interview was late, very informal, and conducted by someone without formal HR/operations training. The interviewer seemed irritated and rushed, like I was a pest. They asked about my past experience and picked apart my resume/cover letter, which seemed odd since those details were in the letter. After some awkward questions, they hung up. I was told I'd hear back in 2-3 days but got radio silence for a week. I emailed them and got a generic rejection. The fact that I had to reach out to be rejected is wild. I've never been treated so rudely. The company needs to improve interpersonal skills and relationships. Given the location, I suspect they only hire from Ivy Leagues, which is elitist. Be wary of a company claiming a startup culture yet being disorganized with applicant profiles. Workers and applicants beware!
