Behavioral Technical

We did a phone interview first, it was pretty behavioral. The person interviewing me was a pretty high-level manager, in charge of how an entire office runs. Then, we had an in-person interview where they asked more technical questions. Make sure you know your past projects well and are ready for really specific questions about them.

Behavioral

I got an email to set up a time for a phone screening. I set up a screening with someone from HR, and they asked me basic questions about myself and my experience. It wasn't technical at all. The interviewer also mentioned that if I moved forward, there would be a 3-hour process for the second interview.

It started with a quick 15-minute chat with the recruiter to set things up. Then, there was a 3-hour panel interview with the engineering team and an HR manager over video. After that, a brief follow-up interview happened a few days later.
