So there were three interviews. The first was with HR, asking the usual stuff about my background, my career plans, where I see myself in 5 years, what I want in an employer, and what I can bring to the table. The second was with the design manager, and it was technical. We talked about basic electronics like current, voltage, and resistance, and then got into more advanced signal integrity topics. The last one was with the country manager. I had to give a short presentation on the whiteboard about my university thesis. After that, he asked some questions about my career motivation. Then the HR person let me know about the offer.

I had a two-round interview process. The first round was with HR, who talked about the company's history, my job responsibilities, and other important details. I felt good about that conversation. The second round was with a manager who was quite intense. She started by correcting my pronunciation of 'egg', which was a bit frustrating. Then she asked me about 'Rayleigh', and I mentioned it might be related to wireless communication based on my reading. She seemed surprised and insisted it's a component, though I couldn't find any component by that name after checking online. The whole experience felt very unpleasant, like I owed her money. While I met some great people like the HR person, I wouldn't want to work under that manager, so I decided to withdraw my application.

I applied online and about two weeks later, a phone interview was scheduled. After what I felt was a good performance on the phone interview, another interview was set up. I was interviewed by two engineers and the questions were mainly about basic signal integrity and electrical circuits concepts.
