Started with a recruiter chat, then waited about 3 weeks. Had a first interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 2-3 week wait. Then interviewed with two group product managers, and after another 2-3 week wait, I interviewed with the Head of Product. Was told 'not this time' but they'd keep me in mind. Amazingly, this was true, as two weeks later I was contacted about another product role and had a 45-minute interview. Waited 4 weeks for an offer. Everyone seemed nice and competent, and Form3 looks like a good place to work. However, the process took almost 4 months from the initial chat to the offer, which was too long. I received and accepted another offer in the meantime.

The interview process had 4 stages: a chat with the head of talent, an interview with a peer, an interview with the line manager, and a final interview with the chief product officer. This process allowed me to show my experience and background and what I could bring to the role. We had good discussions about how I would approach the role and specific challenges/scenarios it might face. There was also time to talk about the overall organization, its vision, and answer any questions I had. It was an enjoyable process overall, and it helped me get to know the company, the colleagues, and their values and vision.

The interview process had four interviews: first, a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, followed by a peer interview with two product managers, and finally a meeting with the CPO. They were clear about the steps. The interviews were pleasant, open, and respectful, with quick follow-ups. The conversations really showed the company's culture of open-minded, smart, and passionate people.
