Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

First, there was an HR chat where they asked about my background and told me about the company. Then, I had a take-home Terraform task to refactor some code and achieve specific results. Finally, a technical interview happened which was split into three parts: reviewing my Terraform code, discussing cloud networking on a whiteboard, and tackling a system design question.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Questions about how the Terraform code is organized and structured.
  • Discussion about hybrid cloud networking models and configurations.
  • Troubleshooting AWS networking issues and proposing solutions.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation Other

The recruitment process was great and super smooth, with three main parts. First, a chat with the recruiter to learn about the company and discuss my background. The recruiter was really nice and made me feel at ease. Second, I got a technical take-home assignment with no deadline. I sent it back and heard back in under 5 days, just as promised. Third, a final interview a few days later, broken into three sections with three different people: a short presentation on the company's tech and infrastructure, a talk about my approach to the take-home exercise, technical questions, and a live debugging task where I had to fix a presented failure scenario and explain my steps. All interviewers were really pleasant, especially the recruiter who was always available and helpful in scheduling follow-ups.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Discuss company stack and infrastructure.
  • Explain your approach to solving the technical exercise.
  • Answer technical questions.

Technical Coding Behavioral

This was a great interview experience. It started with a video call where the recruiter talked about the company and business, and checked my tech skills and if I was a good culture fit. If that went well, I got a tech exercise to complete in Golang, with no time limit to perfect it. After I submitted it, I got feedback within 5 business days. If I passed, the next step was a 1.5-hour video call with three team members, divided into three parts: a code review focusing on my tech choices, general questions about TCP, UDP, and HTTP, and a role-play scenario to assess problem-solving. The day after this interview, I received feedback, and if successful, an offer was extended. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel at ease.

  • Could you discuss HTTP, including its verbs and how to optimize for performance?
