The whole process went great, interviewers were positive and seemed to love their jobs. It took a bit longer than expected because the open position was changing. The stages were: 1. Initial chat with Talent/HR. 2. A case study to work on. 3. Meeting with a Senior BA to present the case study and discuss it. 4. A meeting with two Senior PMs. 5. Another meeting with two Senior PMs. 6. A final interview with the CPO. I mostly got behavioral questions, asking about my previous experiences.

So, the whole process was pretty smooth, like 3 main parts. First up was a chat with a recruiter who told me about the company and the gig. Then, I had to do this case study thing, kind of showing what I can actually do. After that, I talked to a Senior BA who really dug into my case study and threw some tough questions my way. Last but not least, I met with the Product Managers, and they wanted to hear about my past work and what I've put in place before. The vibe the whole time was super chill and friendly, and I liked that they set up the times in advance to fit my schedule. Honestly, it was a really good experience, felt very professional for a fintech startup that seems serious about growing its people. Got an offer, but couldn't take it right now cuz of personal stuff and timing. Fingers crossed I can try again down the line for this awesome company.
