The interview process was disorganized. I didn't receive the link until 15 minutes after the interview was scheduled. They rescheduled twice, once 20 minutes after the start time and again 10 minutes before the rescheduled time. Scheduling was done by phone calls, not emails, and the scheduler made passive-aggressive comments, implying the disorganization was my fault. The link for the third attempt arrived 20 minutes late, and the interview was scheduled at night to accommodate the interviewer. The interviewer didn't use their camera, talked about themselves for the first half, and it was an unprofessional experience. I withdrew my application.

It was a long interview process and I didn't get the job. I found out later that they hired someone related to a worker in the department who had hardly any experience. It felt like a total waste of my time if they had already made up their mind about who to hire. They also talked a lot about diversity, but everyone there was white. I'm not saying they should hire people based on their race, but they shouldn't lie about being diverse.

The interview was a simple question and answer session, not at all complex. The screener was nice, and there were no unexpected parts. The call ended without discussing follow-ups or what the next steps would be, and I wasn't invited to check in on those.

Got the interview notification for Round 1 on Nov 8 and it was scheduled for Nov 20 with the hiring manager to discuss my background. Then, on Dec 1, I got notified for Round 2, scheduled for Dec 13. This round was with the hiring team, where we talked about my qualifications, how I work, and my thoughts on some key issues the hiring manager had mentioned earlier. After that, on Jan 16, I was notified about Round 3, set for Jan 23 with the hiring manager to go over career path and compensation. Near the end of Round 3, the hiring manager mentioned an on-site interview, about 4 hours long, with some internal folks, and asked me to suggest dates for the week of Feb 5. I said I was free any weekday that week. I also mentioned I'd be away for about a week due to Chinese New Year. On Feb 1, the hiring manager suggested Feb 8, but then cancelled it that same night because of a more important meeting. I sent her more available dates on Feb 21, 22, 23, 26. Haven't heard back since. I sent a follow-up email on Feb 27. The next day, she replied saying I wasn't a good fit and rejected me.
