The interview was heavily focused on technical topics, including questions about how an automobile engine and powertrain function. They also inquired about the specifics of my master's thesis. It was challenging at times, but the manager offered some helpful guidance when I encountered difficulties.

So, first I got a call and they asked me to come for an assessment in Kocaeli. Before that, I had to do a personality test and email it. The phone call itself didn't have any screening. At the assessment, there were 8 of us and 4 people from Ford Otosan HR. We started with introductions and filling out some forms about our work and school history. Then we did an IQ test. After that, we had a case study. We got some time to prepare our thoughts individually, then we discussed it in a group with the HR people, and they asked us questions. Then we had another case study, this time I had to prepare alone and then present my ideas one-on-one to an HR person, and answer their questions. Finally, we filled out a survey about how the process went. It was all done in about half a day. A week after, I got an email saying I didn't make it.
