First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ford Motor Company.
Assembly Line Worker
It was a pretty average interview, nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary. It felt quick and relaxed. The whole process can take a really long time though, like months, or sometimes even a year or two.
- Tell me about your experience.
Production Operator
Hello, my name is David Esteban Medina Medina. I am currently employed and studying to become a Technologist in the design of mechanical elements for their manufacture with CNC at SENA institute in Bogotá, Colombia. I am writing because I am interested in working for you as a production operator in Toronto, Canada. I have all my study certificates, which I believe would be very helpful and reliable for you. Additionally, I am eager to experience and learn about your beautiful country and culture. I hope this information is useful, and I appreciate your time.
- What motivates your interest in working with us?
Production Supervisor
Interviewed with 3 Managers which whom i will work with and for. Very straight forward, very honest! No complaints. Ford definitely takes the time to ensure those who conduct interviews are trained. Got an email offer of employment followed by phone confirmation. My only issue i had was the interview started 45 mins late due to them finding qualified interviewers.
- Can you describe an instance where you achieved a goal without having all the necessary resources?
- Describe a situation where you had to complete a task with limited resources.
