After that, they switched to behavioral and situational questions, like one about handling a disengaged audience during a presentation. They asked a bunch more team-oriented questions throughout the rest of the interview. For the last ten minutes, they opened it up for me to ask them questions about the company. I heard back about two weeks later with an internship offer from Ford.
- What would you do if you were part of a group project and some members weren't pulling their weight?

Setting up the interview was super easy. The recruiter sent an email with 3 date/time options, I picked one, and they handled the rest. We had one team interview with 4 people from the company (manager, team lead, and 2 techs) plus me. The techs asked most of the questions, which were all about the job itself. The manager sometimes added clarifications. The manager and team lead had to leave early for another meeting. It felt pretty relaxed and friendly.
