The interviewer greets you, introduces themselves and the purpose of the interview. We'll start with some casual questions about your interests, studies, or general experiences to break the ice. Then, we'll dive into your work experience, technical skills, past achievements, and specific situations. We might also assess your soft skills like leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Depending on the role, we might present hypothetical scenarios or practical tests related to the job. I'll also give you the lowdown on the position, responsibilities, expectations, and the company culture. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the job, the team, or the hiring process. Finally, we'll wrap things up and I'll let you know about the next steps, whether it's another interview, a test, or when you can expect a response. Thanks for your time!

There were two interview stages, one with a recruiter and another with an employee. The whole thing took about two weeks before I heard about team placement. The employee interview was more about making sure we were a good match and figuring out which team would be best, while the recruiter focused on whether I was a good fit for the role.

The interview process had 3 steps and I'll detail all my experiences. They asked for more details with additional questions. It was very professional and difficult. It took weeks with 3 different interviews. There were some exams and assessments online before all the online interview meetings. The exams included an English level check which covered grammar, speaking, listening, and writing. It wasn't easy but I think it was necessary.
