The interview experience was good. They asked about all the projects listed on my resume and some questions related to my tech stack. There were also a few coding questions that were on the easy to medium difficulty level. Additionally, they asked some questions about their values and culture.

Behavioral

My interview with Ford Software India was really bad. They didn't communicate well, the interviewers seemed like they hadn't prepared and weren't interested, and their answers were unclear. The whole vibe felt off and left a bad impression. I thought Ford would be more professional and engaged.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They didn't ask me any actual questions, but instead lectured me about applying for a different role, even though I had already been selected for this interview.

The screening process was pretty straightforward. I applied through HirePro and then took an assessment that had verbal and quants sections, both of medium difficulty. There were also two coding problems; one was easy, and the other was difficult. Apparently, you can still get selected if you only solve one coding problem, which is what I did. My advice is not to waste time on the difficult one and focus on the easy one. The next stage was the interview, which was quite good. The interviewer was friendly and asked basic technical questions and HR questions about my project. It was pretty easy, and I felt like I had a good connection with the interviewer.
