This interview experience was quite negative and felt biased. It seemed like the interviewer had already formed an opinion before I even started, and they were looking to undermine my achievements rather than consider my transferable skills with an open mind.

You get called in for an in-person interview. If they like you, you will then be asked to come in for a working interview. If that goes well, you'll receive an email from the HR department for a final interview and if that goes well, you'll receive an email regarding orientation. At orientation you fill out all the necessary documents and learn a little about the company. You will then get back in touch with a manager to discuss your start date.

The interview process was a bit unorganized, but it was still a really positive experience overall. I spoke with the manager who was super nice and asked a lot of questions. Then, I talked to the head chef, and she was really helpful in figuring out a role that would be a good fit for my skills and background.

It's a long and boring process with a lot going into it. You have to do an in-person interview, a working interview, and then go to headquarters in Atlanta. Have fun!
