A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we scheduled the first interview, which went well. Following that, there were three more interviews with sales team members and a sales engineer. All interviews were scheduled promptly and were successful. The entire process from initial contact to contract signing took about three weeks. The interviewers were professional and treated me respectfully. They asked insightful questions and answered mine thoroughly. I felt confident after each interview and believed it was the right choice to join the team. I didn't have any reservations during the interview stages and hope this positive experience continues.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter. It was a really smooth and fast process. It covered sales experience and motivation. There were three stages: HR, Hiring Manager, and a Panel interview, which focused on sales processes knowledge and personal motivations. The original position I applied for was withdrawn, but they offered me a new one. I'm very happy I accepted it.

Behavioral Presentation

The recruiters need to get their act together. They are the frontline of the company and they are not doing a good job. From contacting me and messing up with the roles then scheduling an interview months after then an interview with 2 confirmations yet the scheduling is still messed up by the recruiter. Then the interview started late because no one can find the recruiter or the contact person and it ended up with only 2 out of 4 interviewers showed up. Then never heard anything from any of them.
