I had a recruiter phone interview, then a hiring manager phone interview. After that, it was an onsite with 4 interviews: Senior PM, Director PM, VP PM, and VP Eng. Then there was a team member phone interview, followed by a Chief Customer Officer phone interview, and finally a Chief Technology Officer phone interview.

My experience with Forcepoint involved several interviews over a few weeks. Unfortunately, I was rejected and told I "had not enough aging." This feedback was confusing since I meet the years of experience requirement for a PM and am in my early 30s. It seemed to imply age was a factor, which was disappointing. I would have preferred clearer feedback or none at all.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty involved process. Started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen. After that, there was a technical screen and then an onsite interview. They really dug into my experience as a Product Manager, wanting to understand both the tactical and strategic sides of my work. I had to talk about specific products I managed and how I took them through the release for launch stages. They also asked about my experience with launching both hardware and software products.
