TA shared the interview process and steps, and the whole thing was a breeze, smooth, with regular updates until the offer came. It took about three to four weeks total, giving me enough time to prep and learn about the culture and people.

3 stages. First, a Recruiter screening call that was pleasant and informative, where I was told about WFH or office options. Second, an EMEA Manager interview that was great; the manager was open about the role, team, and changes, giving a realistic view. Third, a Team Manager interview with someone new to the role, who was very sales-y. When asked about workload and quotas, they said it was up to the rep and their own fault if they didn't meet them, which didn't feel great. Overall, it seems like a good company, but not the right fit for me right now. I didn't get an offer, but I withdrew from the process, so I think I might have gotten one, but maybe not.

Recruiter reached out and set up a phone interview. Was told I'd hear back soon. No follow up or replies were ever received. HR/recruiters should really follow up, especially when they start the process.
