The interview process was pretty well-structured and professional. I got to chat with a bunch of people from the team, including hiring managers and some leaders. It gave me a good sense of what the job entails, what's expected, and the team vibe. Every chat was engaging and really focused on my background and how I could help customers succeed and bring long-term value. All in all, it was a smooth, open, and really good experience.

The first stage was an initial call with an internal recruiter. It was a really positive chat, covering the usual expected questions, and it seemed like I did well. They told me I'd be moving on to a face-to-face meeting with the sector leader and would get a response in about 3-4 business days. However, it's been 10 days and I haven't heard anything back. No feedback, no replies to my emails, and all my calls have been ignored. For a professional organization that works with professional adults, I'd expect better treatment of applicants.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process was professional, well-structured, and very positive. It started with an initial conversation with my manager, Nitzan, followed by an additional conversation with HR. After that, I completed a sales demo and a scenario discussion where I had the opportunity to share more about my experience and how it aligns with the role, as well as a written assessment. I then had the opportunity to meet with Christian, the VP of Sales. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and the team was very welcoming and professional. The final stage of the process was also very clear in terms of closing the employment terms, and I have since signed the contract. Overall, it was a great experience that gave me a strong understanding of the company, the team, and the expectations for the role.
